Claim Your Free VMware Workstation Pro and Fusion Pro

Introduction

VMware has made Workstation Pro and Fusion Pro completely free for all users personal, commercial, and educational starting November 11, 2024. No license key is required. Just download, install, and start using.

To use the free version, you need:

• VMware Workstation Pro → Version 17.5.2 or later
• VMware Fusion Pro → Version 13.5.2 or later

3. How to Download

1. Go to the Broadcom Support Portal

2. Create or log into a free Broadcom account.

3. Download the installer for your OS:

   • Windows or Linux → Workstation Pro
   • macOS → Fusion Pro
     License Agreement

     • You have to open License Agreement at least once that is placed left top corner of the download screen.
     • Check the box

4. Installation Steps

1. Run the installer you downloaded.
2. When prompted for a license key:
   
   Skip the Key

   Select “I want to use VMware Workstation/Fusion for free”
   Leave the license key field blank.
3. Finish the installation.

5. Using the Free Version

Once installed, you can:

• Create and run unlimited virtual machines
• Use snapshots and cloning
• Configure advanced networking
• Use for personal, corporate, or educational purposes
